Op11 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the op11 platform. Please read the entire document carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the op11 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register and use op11's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Be a resident or citizen legally permitted to use online betting services under the laws applicable in your location.
- Not be on any self-exclusion list or ban issued by any relevant authority.
- Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Op11 reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one active account on the op11 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for keeping your profile information up to date should any changes occur. op11 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gains access through your negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the op11 support team immediately through the official channels provided.
Additional user responsibilities:
- Not use the platform for any unlawful activities.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Not use automated software, bots, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Not share your account with any other individual or transfer account ownership to a third party.
3. Payment Information, Transactions and Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the op11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, approved local e-wallets, and direct bank transfers. op11 does not accept cash payments or international credit cards for account deposits.
Deposits made to your op11 account are strictly for the use of platform services. op11 is not liable for any failed deposits resulting from issues on the part of your bank or any third-party payment service provider.
To process winnings withdrawals, users must verify their identity and bank account details before their first withdrawal request is submitted. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the op11 account. op11 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that does not meet these verification requirements.
Withdrawal processing times range from one to twenty-four hours depending on the chosen method and the time of submission. op11 is not responsible for delays caused by the internal procedures of the receiving banking institution.
Funds held in your op11 account are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Users are advised not to deposit more than they can afford to lose.
4. Liability Limits and Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Op11 provides an online betting and entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantee that services will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by applicable law, op11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Op11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- The user breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.
- The user provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- The account shows no activity within the period specified by op11's internal policy.
- Op11 is directed to do so by a competent authority or as required for legal compliance.
If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, op11 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances in that account. For closures on other grounds, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All content on the op11 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, source code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of op11 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from op11.
The op11 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. op11 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Op11 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior user consent. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users are encouraged to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the current provisions applicable to their use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures prescribed by the applicable laws of Malaysia.
